  • Activity 4: “Dear Journal” In this activity, students think and write about a moment they felt fearful and write about self-talk that could have helped them resolve it with courage.

  • Activity 5: “What Does Courage Look Like?” students draw courage in action in this activity.

  • Activity 6: “Am I Being Brave?” In this activity, students discuss whether the individuals in each scenario showed bravery. 

  • Activity 7: “List and Conquer” For this activity, students will list what they want to do and commit to completing something on the list during the week or month. 

  • Activity 8: “Courageous Thoughts” This activity aims to support students in becoming the most courageous humans they can be by developing mantras. 

  • Activity 9: “Bravery Board Game” Students work together to create and play a board game about bravery.
